Dr. Carl Meisner graduated from the University of Michigan with a Major in Psychology, and minor in Science/Pre-Med. He attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan towards a Masters in Occupational and Environmental Health. Dr. Meisner, subsequently, went to Wayne State University to obtain his Medical Degree. He obtained his Board Certification in Family Practice, after attending Baylor College of Medicine Family Practice Program, in Houston, Texas. After graduating from Baylor, he opened up his private medical practice in Southwest Houston.
For 35 years, Dr. Meisner has cared for the broad range of medical conditions in his private practice. He is also an indusrtial physician for a local chemical company. He obtained his Peace Officer degree in 1983, and has Graduated to the level of Master Peace Officer presently. He has been a Associate Professor for Baylor College of Medicine. He has served on the Health Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for 18 years. He has been involved in many social, charitable and professional organizations.
